Xintian Electronic Sci & Tech is a wholly Hong Kong-owned enterprise located in Jintan City, Jiangsu Province, a place known as the hometown of the renowned mathematician, Mr. Hua Luogeng.
Our company was founded in 1997 with a total of investment of more than $640,000 and initially occupied an area of approximately 4,000 square meters. With the continuous and rapid increase of the corporate performance, further investment of almost $1.1 million was poured in 2004 for acquiring land and expansion of operations, ending up with a total area of up to 12,000 square meters.

We boast a strong light source R&D taskforce where there are a total of three state-licensed experts on lighting, five senior engineers, 11 professional technologists as well as over 100 staff. Our company is intensively engaged in the professional R&D of all kinds of special lighting sources, especially of aquarium lighting and aquarium germicidal lighting series, which have been proven fruitful over the years. It’s worth to mention that the only institute of study on animal and botanical lighting in China is set up here, namely Jintan Xinsheng Animal and Botanical Lighting Institute.

All our products have been certified from 2005 through 2013 by nationally and internationally renowned certifying agencies with associated certificates acquired including CE and RoHS. Aside from that, as many as 27 new pragmatic and innovative patents were awarded to us and we had also undertaken six counts of Key Science and Technology Projects from various governmental levels.
We’ve had the rights of self-managed import and export since 1995, and have sold/distributed products to over 10 countries and regions worldwide. We should be proud to state the fact that some portions of our products had been specifically assigned to the alternatives for the lighting renovation of the Great Hall of Chinese People’s Congress during the 60th anniversary of China National Holiday in 2009.
We’ve been also awarded Significant Contributions to Science and Technology Improvements by Jintan Municipal Government multiple times since 2007.
